Shipping Policies

We try to ship all items within 24 hours, however please allow for 3-5 business days once the order is received. All items are shipped via USPS and include tracking. A flat rate shipping rate is added to each order and is the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping is available, but you will need to contact us at to adjust. International shipping is also available, however any and all duties or custom charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Wine Expressions. Shipping Disclaimer

Wine Expressions, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your USPS. Please contact if such an instance occurs. Keep in mind that delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our warehouse.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

Wine Expressions stands by our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us at within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please read through all sizing information thoroughly before ordering to avoid returns/exchanges.

Items may be exchanged in unworn/unwashed/undamaged condition. The customer will be responsible to ship the item(s) back to Wine Expressions before an exchange will shipped. The customer will be responsible to pay to ship the item back, pay a $5 restocking fee per item, and pay the shipping of the replacement item. Please read details and ask any sizing information prior to ordering to avoid exchange fees.

No refunds.

If a replacement is needed due to the fault of Wine Expressions, please let us know! We will gladly remedy without any of the fees mentioned above.

Please carefully box your item in it’s original (unworn, unwashed) condition within 30 days of receipt of your order and ship it to:

We are a small company, so please email us at and provide us with a tracking number (if you choose a method that gives you a tracking number). Once the item(s) have been inspected for new condition, you will receive an invoice for restocking fee and return shipping of the new item. If items are shipped back later than 30 days after receipt of your order, order may be turned away and exchange may be refused to be processed.
