I try to ship all items within 24 hours, however, please allow for 3-5 business days once the order is received. All items are shipped via USPS and include tracking. Expedited shipping is available, but you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to adjust.
Wine Expressions, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your USPS. Please contact www.usps.com if such an instance occurs. Keep in mind that delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our warehouse.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Wine Expressions stands by our products, and I want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from me. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact me at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please read through all sizing information thoroughly before ordering to avoid returns/exchanges.
Items may be exchanged in unworn/unwashed/undamaged condition. The customer will be responsible to ship the item(s) back to Wine Expressions before an exchange will be shipped. The customer will be responsible to pay to ship the item back, pay a $5 restocking fee per item, and pay the shipping of the replacement item. Please read the details and ask for any sizing information prior to ordering to avoid exchange fees.
If a replacement is needed due to the fault of Wine Expressions, please let me know! I will gladly remedy without any of the fees mentioned above.

I am a small company, so please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide me with a tracking number (if you choose a method that gives you a tracking number). Once the item(s) have been inspected for new condition, you will receive an invoice for the restocking fee and return shipping of the new item. If items are shipped back later than 10 days after receipt of your order, the order may be turned away and the exchange may be refused to be processed.
